Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 September 2026
This policy covers the Nexopolis early access page. It describes exactly what we collect when you reserve a founding member spot, why we collect it, and how you get it removed.
1. What we collect
Your email address, and the date and time you submitted it. That is the entire record. We do not ask for your name, company, phone number or payment details, and there is no account to create at this stage.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested URL) as part of operating the site. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
2. Why we collect it
- To reserve and confirm your place in the 100 founding member spots.
- To email you when early access opens, and to share launch-related updates.
We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, as the legal basis for sending you these emails. We do not use your address for advertising, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.
3. Cookies and tracking
This page sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address as part of serving those files.
4. Where your data goes
Your email address is stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database and is transmitted through our email provider so we can send you a confirmation and, later, your launch notification. Those providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
5. How long we keep it
Until early access has launched and you have either taken up your spot or asked us to delete your record — or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. If the early access programme is cancelled, we delete the list.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. If you are in the UK, EU or another region with comparable rules, you also have the right to object to processing, to request portability of your data, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
Email hello@nexopolis.app and we will action deletion or access requests within 30 days. Every email we send also carries an unsubscribe link.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and the database connection is encrypted in transit. Access to the signup list is limited to the people running Nexopolis. No system is perfectly secure, but the only thing at stake here is an email address.
8. Children
Nexopolis is a tool for design professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we use your address, we will email the list before the change takes effect. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy: hello@nexopolis.app.
This policy describes our actual practice for the early access signup page. It is not legal advice, and it should be reviewed by a qualified adviser — along with the contact address and any required company or data-controller details — before the product launches publicly.
