Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Nexopolis early access page and to the founding member spot you reserve on it. They do not cover the Nexopolis product itself — separate terms will apply when early access opens, and we will send them to you before you start using it.

1. What you are signing up for

Submitting your email reserves one of 100 founding member spots and puts you on the early access list. It is free, it is not a purchase, and no payment details are taken. Spots are allocated in the order they are claimed.

2. Pre-launch status

Nexopolis is not yet publicly available. We have not committed to a launch date, and we may change the product’s scope, features, export formats or pricing, delay it, or discontinue the early access programme entirely. If we do, we will tell the list.

3. Founding member benefits

The benefits described on the early access page — founding member status, locked-in launch pricing for as long as your subscription runs unbroken, priority render queue access, and a direct line into the roadmap — apply from the day early access opens to you. They are tied to the email address you registered and cannot be transferred or resold.

4. Examples and performance figures

Designs, render times and floor areas shown on the site illustrate what the engine produces for those particular briefs. Output and generation time vary with the brief, the complexity of the space and current load, so treat them as examples rather than a guaranteed result for your own project.

5. Professional responsibility

Nexopolis generates design drafts and visualisations. Its output is not a substitute for a licensed architect or engineer, is not checked against building codes, zoning rules or accessibility standards, and must not be used for construction, permitting or structural decisions without independent review by a qualified professional. You remain responsible for anything you build or submit.

6. Emails

By reserving a spot you agree to receive launch and product update emails from us. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not forfeit your spot — though we will then have no way to tell you when it opens.

7. Fair use of this page

Please do not submit addresses that are not yours, automate signups, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service. We may remove any signup that appears fraudulent or automated.

8. Our content

The Nexopolis name, logo, site copy and the images on this page belong to us. Ownership of the designs you generate once early access opens will be covered by the product terms you receive at that point.

9. No warranty and limits

This page and the early access list are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the early access programme. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be emailed to the list. Questions: hello@nexopolis.app.
